James Fuller was born in Memphis, Tennessee, graduated from Westwood High School, and calls the Whitehaven community home.
With more than 20 years of leadership and management experience, James has built his career around leadership, accountability, process improvement, employee development, and service.
His educational background includes degrees from Dowling College and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
As a husband, father of three, and grandfather of two, James understands that the decisions we make today will shape the Memphis our children and grandchildren inherit.
His vision is centered on four priorities: Safer Neighborhoods & Communities, Stronger Education, Economic Opportunity, and Better Quality of Life.
James believes Memphis doesn't have to settle for less. By bringing residents, businesses, community organizations, government, and neighborhoods together, Memphis can create new opportunities and build a stronger future.
